Sales Account Manager - Construction

£35k basic + OTE c£50k+

• Interested in being part of a successful, growing materials supplier with ambitions plans for expansion?

Working for a true industry leader, we’re looking for a Sales Account Manager focused on managing and developing relationships with installers across the UK.

You’ll be responsible for contacting existing customers, promoting products, maximising order values and identifying new sales opportunities. You’ll also provide product support and training, with occasional customer visits where required.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience within construction, building supplies, trade counter or a similar industry.
• A genuine passion for sales and achieving targets
• Confident and comfortable speaking to customers over the phone
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Motivated by earning potential and career progression
• Commercially minded, proactive and driven

What’s on offer:

• £35,000 basic
• Uncapped OTE, with realistic expectations of £50k+
• Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm
• Hybrid or office-based working
