Job Title: Electrician

Reporting to: Senior Engineer

Location: Tadworth

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: 42.5k plus great benefits

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, with occasional weekend work

Job Description: The Electrician will use their experience and skills to maintain and repair electrical systems across the estate, ensuring safety and compliance with current standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical maintenance and repairs
• Conduct Portable Appliance Testing (PAT), RCD checks, emergency light tests, and annual drop tests
• Generate minor works and electrical installation certificates
• Inspect and test electrical installations
• Work with steel wired armour (SWA) and install external lights
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Coordinate with other tradespeople and contractors
• Respond to service calls and emergencies
• Use CAFM and tablet systems for task management

Qualifications:

• Approved Electrician with ECS Gold Card
• Qualification in inspection and testing

Additional Duties:

• Support other maintenance tasks as assigned
• Supervise and monitor external contractors
• Participate in on-call duties

• Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies
• Ensure compliance with H&S standards for water and piped oxygen systems

Approved Electrician with ECS gold card.
