SWI Fencing is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong fencing industry background to relocate to Australia and lead the delivery of complex, multi-site projects across NSW and the ACT.

About the Role
You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of projects, working across multiple sites and managing internal teams, subcontractors, and client stakeholders.
This role suits a hands-on Project Manager who is confident operating in live construction environments and can balance strong commercial outcomes with safety leadership.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning and delivery of projects from award to completion

Manage programme, budget, resources, and procurement to achieve project outcomes

Coordinate supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers across multiple sites

Proactively manage risks, variations, and project changes

Ensure compliance with Australian WHS legislation, SWMS, and project requirements

Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and reliable delivery

Work closely with estimating and commercial teams to maximise performance

Identify and implement efficiencies across project delivery
What We’re Looking For
We are targeting high-performing Project Managers with proven fencing experience in civil construction environments.

Minimum 5+ years’ experience delivering civil fencing projects to the value of up to $20 million AUD

Demonstrated success managing multiple projects or complex packages

Strong commercial acumen and cost control capability

Solid understanding of health & safety practices (UK HSE knowledge transferable; WHS training provided)

Confident leader who can drive accountability on-site

Relevant qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, or similar (preferred)

Clean police criminal history check
