This is a stable, permanent opportunity for an experienced Multi-Trade Operative who can work independently across multiple sites. There are no call-outs, and genuine overtime is paid when additional hours are required.

As a Multi-Trade Operative, you will be:

• Completing multi-trade maintenance, refurbishment and small works.
• Undertaking carpentry, door hanging, tiling and general building repairs.
• Working across multiple sites throughout the South West and Thames Valley.
• Working professionally in occupied and customer-facing buildings.
• Keeping work areas tidy and minimising disruption.
• Following site and security procedures, including those required on defence sites.

I’d love to speak to anyone who has:

• Strong multi-trade experience, ideally with a core trade such as carpentry.
• Experience in maintenance, refurbishment or small works.
• The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• A professional, tidy and customer-focused approach.
• Experience working in occupied buildings.
• Based in or around Swindon, Devizes or nearby areas and able to travel across the region.
• The ability to complete relevant defence security checks.
• Asbestos awareness, mobile tower or powered-access tickets are desirable but not essential as training can be provided.
