Are you an experienced Building Surveyor looking for an exciting opportunity? We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Communities & Housing team, delivering capital and planned maintenance projects across corporate and listed buildings.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage capital and maintenance investment projects, ensuring high standards and compliance with regulations.

Conduct building surveys, feasibility studies, and design solutions for improvement projects.

Oversee project budgets, ensuring value for money and cost-effective solutions.

Engage with tenants, leaseholders, and stakeholders to provide excellent customer service.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including CDM 2015.
What We're Looking For:

HNC in Building Studies (or equivalent) and an accredited AutoCAD qualification.

Strong knowledge of construction health and safety, planning, and building regulations.

Experience managing budgets and delivering capital projects.
-
Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.

A valid driving licence.
