We're looking for a dedicated Maintenance Person to be part of our incredible team, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and our home remains a safe, comfortable, and cheerful environment.

What is required from you?

• A minimum of 12 months on your right to work
• must have experience in maintenance work
• Available to work 40 hours per week

A day in the life of a Maintenance Person

• You will be responsible for the maintenance of the building and grounds in line with health and safety requirements
• You will assess and undertake repairs including painting and decorating, grounds maintenance, plastering, repairing doors and windows.
• If work cannot be completed internally, you will liaise with our head office team to refer the repair to a contractor.
• Safety is paramount, so you will ensure that the care home is safe for all of our residents.
• You will ensure that work is completed and recorded in line with legislative and regulatory requirements.
