Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to oversee our clients social housing projects in Sutton. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in site management, with a focus on social housing. This is a permanent role with an immediate start for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily Trackers: Manage and update daily trackers to monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
  • Trade Allocation: Allocate tasks to various trades, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to project timelines.
  • Resident Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for residents, addressing their concerns and ensuring minimal disruption during construction.
  • Surveyor Coordination: Work closely with surveyors to ensure all work meets required standards and specifications.
  • Damp and Mould Management: Utilise your experience in dealing with damp and mould issues to identify, address, and prevent such problems in housing projects.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager, preferably in social housing projects.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Experience with damp and mould issues is highly beneficial.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
