Job Title: Gateman (long-term contract)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and diligent Gateman for a construction site in Sutton. The successful candidate will manage access to the site, control traffic, and ensure health and safety compliance at the entrance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Control site access, ensuring only authorised personnel and vehicles enter.
• Direct traffic and deliveries safely within and around the site.
• Maintain a tidy and organized entrance area.
• Adhere to site health and safety regulations.
• Record visitor and delivery details in site logs.

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS card (ESSENTIAL).
• VALID CPCS/NPORS ticket (ESSENTIAL).
• SEQOHS accredited fitness to work certificate (ESSENTIAL).

• Previous experience in a similar role (preferred).
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
