Alma Personnel are pleased to be working with their Sutton Coldfield based client to recruit for a Scheduling Administrator on a full time, permanent basis.
Main duties of the Scheduling Administrator include:-

Coordinate engineer’s schedules daily

Issue/raise purchase orders, invoices, and credits
-
Handle enquiries via telephone and email
-
Chase job cards
-
Order stock and supplies for engineers
-
Build strong relationships with clients
The successful candidate will:-

Have worked within a similar role previously
-
Will have excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office package
-
Be a confident and clear communicator both verbally and written
-
Able to work on their own initiative as well as within a team environment
This is a full time, permanent role working Monday to Friday.
