PLANT OPERATOR - ROLLER DRIVER REQUIRED

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Plant Operator / Roller Driver (PLT) to join our team on active construction and civil engineering projects.

Location: B76 BIRMINGHAM

Start Date: Immediate
Hours: 10 hours per day (weekends available)

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating ride-on roller / compaction plant safely and efficiently
• Compacting materials to specification on roads, foundations, and earthworks
• Carrying out daily plant checks and reporting defects
• Working alongside groundworks and site teams
• Following site plans and supervisor instructions

Requirements:

• Valid CPCS or NPORS (with CSCS logo) - Roller category
• Proven experience operating rollers on site
• Good understanding of compaction standards and site safety
• Safety critical medical (preferred)
• PPE and strong work ethic
