The role will involve:

• Managing the commercial performance of construction projects.
• Preparing valuations, cost reports and forecasts.
• Managing subcontractor accounts and procurement.
• Administering JCT contracts and variations.
• Working closely with the Directors and Project Managers to maximise project profitability.

You'll ideally have:

• Quantity Surveying experience within construction.
• Main contractor experience.
• Good knowledge of JCT contracts.
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
• A collaborative approach and desire to take ownership.
