We are recruiting for a multi-trade operative willing to travel to the Home Counties and across London sites.

As a multi-trade operational, you will be integral to the on-site team and responsible for various tasks. Reporting to the site supervisor, your role will be to ensure that all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard. Your core skills in construction combined with your ability to communicate effectively, will enable you to collaborate with team members and deliver exceptional results.

Experience/Skills

• Experience in multi-trade operations
• Proficiency in core skills such as carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work
• Other skills, including tiling, painting, and decorating, are useful
• Relevant skills in general maintenance and repairs
• Site Supervision: 3 years
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good written and spoken English
• Good attention to detail
• Used to working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to work to deadlines- Residential construction experience is a must.
