Key Responsibilities
Lead and implement long-term service strategies aligned with NECA’s mission.
Establish and strengthen partnerships with external stakeholders.
Oversee service operations, ensuring quality, compliance, and sustainability.
Act as the Organisational Safeguarding Lead, ensuring robust safeguarding policies.
Manage contracts and monitor service performance, ensuring regulatory compliance
The Person
Key Requirements
Proven experience in a leadership role within charity, health, social care, or public sector.
Strong strategic planning and operational management skills.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain partnerships with stakeholders and external organisations.
A deep understanding of safeguarding policies and compliance frameworks.
Experience in contract management, performance monitoring, and financial oversight.
