About the role:
Full Time Monday to Friday 37.5 hours a week
Office based
Ensure compliance is up to date and records are amended
Manage property contracts including appliance testing when required
Manage the maintenance team
Manage queries and issues
Reviewing and Authorising invoices
You will need:
Experience in a similar role for example property management
Team Management Experience
Good solid organisation and administration skills
IT literate and competent in word & Excel
A proactive ability to work independently on an individual basis or as part of a team
Problem solve quickly and efficiently
Have a good clear understanding of commercial leases
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Liaise effectively with colleagues internally and externally
