Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the Subcontractor Payments Team
• Support and mentor a team of administrators
• Ensure accurate processing of subcontractor certificates and payments
• Investigate and resolve complex payment issues
• Strengthen relationships with subcontractors and internal stakeholders
• Streamline processes and assess system improvements
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing
