Valid CSCS Card
HNC in Construction or Management (
or equivalent
)
SVQ/NVQ Level 3 in a Building Trade (
or equivalent
)
Current, Full UK Driving Licence

Must be willing to work Out of Hours Rota on occassion
Experience in dampness treatment works would be an advantage
