Operations Supervisor (Building Services)
, for their Local Authority Client based in
Stevenston, North Ayrshire
.
Role Description:
Lead and manage all operatives, plant or materials to ensure completion of work within contract timescales and to the required standard and quality.
Proactively assess and project plan workloads and resource requirements for each job ticket, taking into consideration contractual time scales, geographical area, access needs and target.
Assess and identify needs and requirements for subcontractor utilisation, in liaison with others.
Ensure all relevant aspects of Health & Safety, including Asbestos Procedures are incorporated and followed.
Accurately complete quality assurance forms and sign off work tickets and pass to relevant teams.
Participate in the out of hour's service as required.
Participate in the emergency planning activities
Essential Candidate Experience:
Valid CSCS Card
HNC in Construction or Management (
or equivalent
)
SVQ/NVQ Level 3 in a Building Trade (
or equivalent
)
Current, Full UK Driving Licence
Experience in dampness treatment works would be an advantage
