Sellick Partnership are currently supporting an organisation to recruit for a Voids Manager on a temporary basis. The Voids Manager will successfully lead, direct and manage the in-house Voids team and/or associated contractors, providing a comprehensive void repairs service meeting legal, regulatory and Council policies and requirements.

The key responsibilities of the Voids Manager:

• Providing leadership and management to the DLO Voids team, undertaking performance and development reviews, leading meetings and dealing with disciplinary matters as appropriate
• Holding responsibility for the DLO void budget
• Holding responsibility for all on site health & safety matters
• Implementing and overseeing technical and specification meetings
• Exploring opportunities available for providing better value for money on all void operations

The successful Voids Manager will have:

• Experience of delivering a successful Voids Service in a social housing setting
• Professional qualification e.g. MCIOB, MRICS or FRICS (desirable)
