Key Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
Manage cash flow, ensuring sufficient liquidity to meet obligations
Lead credit control efforts, including weekly site reconciliations and client communications
Ensure compliance with tax, VAT, CIS, and financial reporting standards
Oversee and develop the finance team, driving high performance
Build and maintain strong relationships with external advisors and financial partners
What You’ll Bring:
ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualification, or qualified by experience (QBE)
Solid background in management accounting, ideally in construction
Proficiency with financial systems like Sage 50, Excel, and Power BI
Strong grasp of the Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) and related regulations
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
