Your new role

Contract: Temporary to Permanent, On-going
Pay: £16.71- £17 p/hr
Start date: 10th June

As a Caretaker, you will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance, security, and overall upkeep of the school premises. This will include carrying out basic repairs, ensuring health and safety standards are met, locking/unlocking the site, and responding to any maintenance issues that arise.
You will play a key role in ensuring the school site remains safe, clean, and fully operational.

What you'll need to succeed

• A strong trades or maintenance background
• Previous experience working within a school or other sensitive environment
• A valid DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
• Good understanding of health and safety procedures
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
