RGB Recruitment is working in partnership with a leading highways contractor who is seeking an experienced SSSTS / SMSTS Supervisor to join a major highways scheme in Cambridgeshire.
This is a long-term contract opportunity, ideal for a Supervisor with strong highways experience and proven site leadership skills.
The Role:

• Reporting directly to the Construction Manager
• Supervising a site team of 20–30 operatives
• Delivering daily briefings and toolbox talks
• Ensuring all Health & Safety standards are adhered to
• Supporting programme delivery and driving site productivity

About You:

• Valid SSSTS or SMSTS qualification
• CSCS card
• Proven experience supervising highways projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Confident managing large site teams and maintaining safe systems of work
