Our client are a leading supplier of construction services to the NHS, Local Councils, Authorities, Schools and the private sector. They are currently expanding their team in St Albans and looking for an Estimator/QS to join them.

The Role

• Measure and estimate projects.
• Interpret technical drawings.
• Use & read CAD.
• Estimate amount of products needed for large and small scale projects.
• Provide quotations for projects.
• Visit customers across the South East to discuss measurements and requirements for fit outs.
• Negotiate orders and project timelines.
• Regular travel across home counties.

The Candidate

• Full UK drivers license
• Previous background in estimating, quantity surveying or construction.
• Ability to understand technical drawings and estimations.

Monday - Friday - 8.30am - 5pm

Competitive based on experience + sales incentive bonuses + expenses
