Your new role
The Contracts Manager will manage multiple flooring projects from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards. This role involves close coordination with clients, suppliers, and fitters to manage labour arrangements, materials, and project documentation. Key responsibilities include pricing and measurement for tender projects, updating project documents, and addressing post-completion customer care issues. Ideally, the right candidate will be confident, hardworking, and a team player as you will be working closely within a small team in the office.
