Job title: Facilities & Operations Coordinator

Salary : up to £23,000

Location : Chelmsford

My client is looking for a Facilities & Operations Coordinator to join their team. This would suit someone who has previous experience in a similar role, but they would be open to speaking to someone who has worked in a client facing role and has the ability to build rapport. This role would suit someone who enjoys every day being different and is organised.

Duties:

  • First point of contact/ front of house
  • Assisting with the on-boarding recruitment process
  • Facilities
  • Maintenance & repairs
  • Estate & vehicle fleet management
  • Health & safety
  • Housekeeping
  • Compliance
  • Property related Admin tasks
  • Provide support to our marketing team by assisting with social media
