O'Neill & Brennan are looking to speak with experienced freelance Site Managers in relation to an opportunity on a high-rise residential project in central Birmingham . The project team are looking for someone with experience overseeing external packages.
Applicants will initially be overseeing the groundworks package for 6 months. The project will then be moving onto the building envelope & internal stages; knowledge of these stages could extend the contract to around 12 months .
