We are seeking a temporary Accounts Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with prior accounts experience, capable of managing a high volume of invoices and possessing strong IT skills. The position involves a variety of administrative tasks including data entry, telephone handling, filing, photocopying, and processing invoices. Looking for someone who is a hard working and happy to assist where required.
Day-to-day of the role:

Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records.

Handle incoming calls and manage correspondence.

Manage filing and photocopying tasks efficiently.

Process invoices into Sage and perform reconciliations.

Issue and manage purchase orders.

Work through an average of 300 invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely handling.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in an account's role, with the ability to handle a large volume of invoices.

Previous construction experience is preferred but not essential

Strong IT and tech skills; familiarity with Sage and Excel

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
