About the Role:

My client are looking for a proactive Health & Safety Advisor to join our team, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, maintaining company accreditations, and promoting a strong health & safety culture across all operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys delivering training, conducting site audits, and working collaboratively to drive continuous improvement in health & safety practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and 14001 standards.
• Provide expert advice on CDM Regulations 2015 , Work at Height Regulations 2005 , and NASC guidelines ( TG20-21, SG4 ).
• Manage SSIP schemes and maintain company accreditations.
• Deliver health & safety training and presentations to employees.
• Conduct site audits, risk assessments, and safety inspections .
• Work closely with internal teams to develop and implement HSE policies .
• Maintain and update health & safety documentation .

Skills & Qualifications:

? A good understanding of construction and insulation industry practices .
? NEBOSH Certificate in Construction (essential).
? IOSH membership (preferable).
? NEBOSH Fire Certificate & NEBOSH Diploma / GradIOSH (advantageous but not essential).
? Knowledge of ISO 9001 & 14001 standards.
? Experience with SSIP schemes & accreditation maintenance .
? Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook .
? CSCS card (essential).
? Experience with iAuditor software (advantageous but not essential).
