Sales Coordinator
Job Description
  • Main point of contact for customers
  • Quoting customers & processing orders on ERP system.
  • Entering information onto our CRM system and the daily upkeep of this
  • Dealing with outbound and inbound phone calls to customers
  • Outgoing calls to customers
  • Liaising with other departments via phone, email, Microsoft Teams and in person regarding orders/quotes/lead times/item availability etc
  • Dealing with emails – incoming / outgoing from the sales group email and work email address
  • Reporting customer complaints to the internal NCR process
  • Helping with quotes/orders from the Sales Support Team in overseas
  • When required attending Sales / Operations daily meeting
  • Offer after sales support to customers

Sales Coordinator
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
  • Microsoft Office competencies, computer literacy and working knowledge of relevant software tools
  • Excellent time management skills & ability to prioritise work and multi-task
  • Experience in an engineering/manufacturing/construction environment
  • Experience dealing with technical products.
