Are you a Junior Project Manager with experience delivering small projects from start to finish?
We're working with a growing construction and building services company that delivers a range of minor works projects, typically lasting 4-5 weeks, with values between £10k-£250k. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role where you'll coordinate and manage projects while ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full lifecycle of small projects (£10k-£250k)
Oversee site setup, programme management, and subcontractors
Liaise with clients, internal teams, and suppliers
Prepare programmes, RAMS, procurement schedules, and progress reports
Ensure compliance with H&S, CDM, and company procedures
Handle project documentation, variations, and final accounts
Support with pricing and tendering of new works
Must-Haves
Positive, proactive attitude with strong organisation and communication skills
Basic IT skills and willingness to learn new tools
Full UK driving licence & right to work in the UK
Willingness to obtain CSCS (company will support if not held)
Desirable
Experience managing or supporting construction/maintenance projects (£10k-£250k)
Background in main contracting, fit-out, or FM
Knowledge of Microsoft 365
Awareness of H&S and CDM 2015 requirements
CSCS card (if already held)
SSSTS/SMSTS, First Aid, or Fire Marshal tickets (advantageous)
