Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:

• HND/HNC or degree in Architectural Technology
• Sufficient post-qualification experience
• Proven expertise in residential projects
• In-depth knowledge of UK building regulations
• Outstanding communication skills (both verbal and written)
• High-level proficiency in Revit
• A proactive mindset with a passion for contributing to the company's growth
• Full, clean UK driving licence
• Must reside within a commutable distance of Wimbledon
