Elevation Recruitment Business Support are exciting to be exclusively recruiting for a Customer Care Specialist for our client in the Construction Industry. This is fully remote  fixed term contract for 10 months.

• Fully remote
• Fixed term contract until June 2025
• £28,000-£35,000 PA

To be successful in this role of Customer Care Specialist you will :

• Be responsible for providing excellent customer service putting the customer experience at the forefront of your work.
• You will have an excellent understanding of NHBC Buildmark Warranty, tolerances and liability
• Have experience working within the construction sector
• You will be confident on the phone with Customers. Contractors and HA's
• Experience of Clixfix is an advantage but not essential

Ideally you will be available immediately or available at a short notice. You will be self motivated, have an excellent eye for detail and a good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Package.
