Venn Group’s specialist team is delighted to be recruiting for a Commercial Lawyer with Regeneration experience on behalf of a prestigious Combined Authority in the Midlands. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work across multiple teams, contributing to significant projects in construction contracts, infrastructure, regeneration, and planning law.

Key Responsibilities:

• Construction Contracts: Advise on and draft construction contracts to support major projects and initiatives.
• Infrastructure Projects: Provide legal guidance on various infrastructure developments, ensuring compliance and effective project delivery.
• Regeneration Initiatives: Play a key role in advising on regeneration projects, bringing new life to urban areas and driving economic growth.
• Planning Law: Offer expert advice on planning matters, supporting the Combined Authority’s strategic objectives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in commercial law with a focus on regeneration.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, infrastructure projects, and planning law.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively across multiple teams and manage a diverse caseload.

This role offers a competitive rate of up to £60 per hour under an umbrella arrangement and provides a dynamic and collaborative working environment.
