Job Title: Roofer Band 6 (Facilities Management & Building Services)
Location: Our client in the South Tyneside area (NE34)
Job Type: Temporary to Ongoing
Working Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 08:00 16:00)

We are currently seeking an experienced Roofer to join the Responsive Repairs Team working with our client in the South Tyneside area. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a range of repairs on both flat and pitched roofs across a variety of properties.

• Carry out repairs and maintenance on flat and pitched roofing systems

• Diagnose roofing issues and deliver effective repair solutions

• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety regulations

• Work as part of a responsive repairs team attending multiple sites

• Maintain tools, equipment, and a safe, tidy working environment

• Proven experience in both flat and pitched roofing

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Good knowledge of health & safety practices

• Reliable, punctual, and professional

• CSCS card preferred

• Safety boots

• High-visibility jacket

• Wet weather gear
