The Role This is a varied and hands-on position for someone who is confident with both labouring duties and driving. You will start each day from home with the company's pick-up van, with your first 3-4 hours usually pre-planned by the Contracts Manager the night before which will be send to the tablet. Your day will consist of a mixture of:

• Planned material collections and drop-offs
• General skilled labouring tasks
• Supporting site teams
• Responding to last-minute or ad-hoc requirements across multiple projects

• Collect, transport, and deliver materials between suppliers and sites
• Assist with strip outs, clearances, and general labouring activities
• Support trades and site teams as required
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of sites and materials
• Follow daily schedules issued via tablet/smartphone
• Conduct basic checks and maintenance of the company vehicle
• Represent Beaumont & Partners in a polite, professional manner
• Work flexibly to meet last-minute and changing site requirements

• Valid CSCS Card
• Full clean UK driving licence
• Experience in general building, labouring, or property refurbishment
• Good knowledge of tools, materials, and building processes
• Comfortable driving a 3-tonne pick-up daily
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Good IT literacy - able to use a tablet/smartphone to follow schedules
• Based in or very near South Shields (NE33 1PZ)
