McGinley are looking for a 3-man roadworks gang to work on a new cycle path construction project in South Gloucestershire . This long-term opportunity (12 months) requires experienced and reliable workers to form a skilled team.

Site Charge Hand - Leading the team, managing daily site activities, liaising with engineers, ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently.
Street Works Operative - Responsible for excavation, laying sub-base, drainage, and ducting works while adhering to NRSWA regulations.
Labourer - Assisting with groundwork, materials handling, and general site duties to support the team.

✔ Constructing a new cycle path including excavation, drainage, sub-base installation, and surfacing
✔ Working safely around underground utilities
✔ Installing ducting, drainage, and kerbing
✔ Following site drawings and specifications
✔ Adhering to health and safety standards on-site

✅ CSCS Card (All roles)
✅ Street Works (NRSWA) Card (For Street Works Operative)
✅ SSSTS or SMSTS or Gold CSCS (For Site Charge Hand)
✅ Experience in cycle path, footway, or roadworks construction
✅ Full UK Driving Licence (Preferred)
