Sub Agent / Senior Engineer / Site Agent - Highways

Location: Eastbourne / Newhaven (Remote Working with Site Visits)
Duration: 3 Months
Rate: £400–£500 per shift (depending on experience)

We are currently seeking an experienced Sub Agent, Senior Engineer, or Site Agent for a 3-month contract covering projects in the Eastbourne and Newhaven area.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual with strong civil engineering and site management experience who is confident working independently and coordinating site activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements)

• Planning and coordinating traffic management

• Ordering materials and managing site logistics

• Overseeing site setup and ensuring works are ready to commence

• Supporting the safe and efficient delivery of the project

• Ensuring health, safety, and quality standards are maintained throughout

? Requirements

• Experience working as a Sub Agent, Senior Engineer, or Site Agent

• Valid White or Black CSCS Card

• SMSTS certification (essential)

• First Aid at Work qualification (preferred)

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple site responsibilities
