Advanced Building & Maintenance Services Ltd are looking to hire a Multi-Trader / Bathroom Adaptations fitter.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Sole Trader Role

Hours -Mon-Friday, 8-5pm

Advanced Building & Maintenance will do the following:

• Liaisewith tenants
• Manage all job admin
• Supply waste disposal
• Order main material components
• Payment runs weekly
• Allocate dedicated contracts manager per area

Pay and overtime rates: Competitive - price work

Works include:

• New bathroom installs
• Bathroom repairs including Aids & Adaptation works
• Plumbing
• Tiling
• Carpentry
• Plastering
• Painting

**Greenwich, however, works cover the entirety of the London area**

(We do also have work in Kent & Essex)

A DBS check will be obtained if you are successful with the role of multi trader/bathroom fitter

• Own tools
• Own van

• Do you have the following licence or certification: CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme), Asbestos Awareness
