I am partnering with a global real estate consultancy that is expanding its valuation team in the South East. They are seeking a Senior Surveyor for an initial 12-month fixed-term contract. This role is ideal for a candidate with a solid background in commercial valuations who can work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting loan security valuations across commercial, residential, and mixed-use properties
• Identifying new business opportunities and strengthening relationships with existing clients
• Preparing standard reports, valuations, submissions, and addressing complex valuation issues

Requirements:

• MRICS-qualified and RICS-registered valuer with experience in commercial real estate
• Familiarity with Argus software is advantageous
• Commitment to achieving team fee-earning targets
