We are looking for an organised and proactive Services Administrator to join a busy operations team. This is a varied role supporting the day-to-day running of service operations, working closely with engineers, subcontractors, managers and customers to ensure work is delivered efficiently.
Key duties include:
You will have previous administration or coordination experience, excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a busy workload. You should be confident using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
Experience within facilities management, engineering, construction or another service-based environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
