Salary: £50,000 - £55,000

Car Allowance (£9,500)

10% Bonus

Hours: 37.5 hours per week (flexible, core hours 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM)

About you:

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for product management? We're looking for a dynamic Portfolio Manager to shape the future of our product offerings in the building materials and construction sector.

What You’ll Do:

Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for our product portfolio, driving innovation and market leadership.

Market insight using data and customer engagement to inform product development and positioning.

Manage and mentor a small team, ensuring excellence in product management.

Collaborate by working closely with key stakeholders, including architects and contractors, to ensure our products meet industry needs.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in product or portfolio management within the building materials, manufacturing, or construction sectors.

A strategic mindset and strong leadership skills.

Flexibility to work in a hybrid model, with key office days on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
