Senior Quantity Surveyor

A unique and innovative construction consultancy are seeking a technically astute, Senior Quantity Surveyor for their Sidcup office.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will play a leading role on projects (pre and post contract), acting as Technical Lead, taking lead in client management, developing the team and assisting with the elevation of the office as a whole.

You'll be part of a growing, dynamic and enthusiastic team working on an exciting variety of projects including residential refurbishment, new build, Bluelight, healthcare and public buildings - with genuine opportunities for career progression.

This could be the perfect opportunity for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor who feels they've hit a ceiling in their current role and is ready to take the next step in their career, or an established Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for a fresh challenge within a growing team that can offer a clear path to Associate as well as a varied workload sector wise.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• A RICS accredited degree qualification
• MRICS ideally or working towards
• Public and Private sector experience; familiarity with healthcare, education, housing refurbishment (including recladding), mixed use new build residential developments would be advantageous.
• 5+ years experience within a consultancy / PQS practice
• Strong pre and post contract knowledge
• Client facing
