Office based 8:30am-5pm, Monday-Friday
Our client is looking for an experienced administrator to join their dynamic and fast paced team within the construction industry based in Sidcup. We are looking for a proactive individual with excellent time management skills, good attention to detail and the ability to multi-task!
Duties will include, but not limited to:

Keep files and databases organized and up to date.

Work closely with the team manager to handle administrative tasks efficiently.

Do various office tasks as needed to help the department.

Communicate with people inside and outside the company to make sure things run smoothly between departments.

Monitor departing costs.

Make sure documents are processed quickly and correctly.

Looking after the out of hours mobile on a rota basis, to handle the emergency works calls

Handling multiple tasks at once, and being able to prioritise
Skills/experience:
-
Experience of working in a similar environment E.G working within an office that supports services

Self-Motivated, flexible and reliable
-
Strong ability to work towards deadlines

Be a good team player

Intermediate to advanced level with IT skills especially MS Word and Excel

Experience of working within administration
-
Experience within the construction/engineering industry desirable but not essential
