About the Role:
AK Recruitment is looking for experienced and versatile Multi-Skilled Tradespeople to join our clients installation teams. This role focuses on loft installation projects, requiring a mix of practical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work to high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out loft insulation and boarding installations

• Fitting ladders, hatches, and other loft access solutions

• Using a variety of tools and materials safely and effectively

• Ensuring all work meets building regulations and company standards

• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

• Delivering excellent customer service while working in clients homes

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a trade (joinery, insulation, carpentry, or general building work)

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong problem-solving and practical skills

• Own basic tools (desirable)

• Valid CSCS card (preferred but not essential)

• Full UK driving licence is advantageous

• Good communication and customer service skills
