Linear Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Temp to Perm Housing Site Manager in the Sheffield area. This role is due to start late March and requires someone with a detailed housing background.
The project:
* Crica 45 plots
* + apartment block
* + commercial units
Experience required:
* Must have in date and relevant tickets – CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
* Must have detailed housing Site Management background
* Must have some commercial experience
* Must have strong organisational and communication skills
Job duties:
* Manage and coordinate the dayto-day operations
* Organise and manage subcontractors on site
* Liaise with internal stakeholders to provide updates on progress
* Maintain accurate records including site diaries and health and safety logs
* Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance / H&S regulations
