• Managing medium to large client accounts
• Meeting and exceeding client needs
• Handling client queries and providing exceptional service
• Utilising the CRM system "big change" to streamline account management

? Hours: 8am - 5pm ?

?? Skills:

• Proven experience in account management
• Familiarity with the CRM system "big change" (ideal but not essential)
• Strong ability to prioritise and manage multiple client accounts
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
