Handyperson Required – Selby
We are looking for a
Handyperson
based in
Selby
to work on
void social housing properties
, supporting trades on site. Due to the location and hours of this job, having your
own transport is required.
This is a full time role with the following hours:
Mon-Fri: 07:30ampm

Rate:
£16.50 per hour

Work: Void social homes

Contract Length:
40–50 weeks available
Duties Will Include:
-
Work to drawings
-
Paint, snag and make good as required
-
Use power tools as required
-
Fix and repair 2nd fix carpentry work – skirting, architrave and so on
-
Fix and repair ceramic tiling as required
Required:
-
Previous experience working on
domestic or social housing projects
-
Experience using
power tools
-
Knowledge of
2nd fix carpentry work, tiling
etc
-
Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
-
Valid
in-date passport
to hand - We cannot accept birth certificates or other forms of ID
-
CSCS card
