Lead operational excellence within site and yard teams, promoting efficient and safe working practices that support excellent customer service.
Apply and continuously improve visual quality standards to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.
Plan and organise resources effectively, sharing operational knowledge to meet quality, cost and delivery commitments.
Monitor compliance with company quality and safety standards through audits and recommend improvements where needed.
Provide operational input into new product development to ensure safe and efficient implementation in practice.
Analyse operational performance data to identify and implement local improvements.
