Ganger Required - Ayrshire

We are looking for an experienced Ganger to join a leading civil engineering and construction contractor on a high-profile project in Ayrshire. This is a long-term opportunity offering consistent work for the right individual.

Details:

• Hours: 08:00 - 18:00 (9.5 hours paid)
• Duration: 4 months
• Pay: £22.71 per hour (CIS)

Responsibilities:

• Supervising and working alongside a team of Groundworkers
• Overseeing drainage and service installations
• Ensuring all site works are completed safely, efficiently, and to specification
• Reading and working accurately from site plans and technical drawings
• Coordinating with site management to maintain progress and quality standards

Requirements:

• Valid Blue or Gold CSCS Card
• Proven experience leading a team on groundworks or civil engineering projects
• Strong knowledge of drainage, ducting, and utility installations
• Full Right to Work in the UK
