Freelance Site Manager – 40-week contract – Scarborough
We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to lead the onsite team. This is fantastic opportunity to join a busy regional contractor working on a grade 2 listed building refurbishment project on a school. Works include refurbs on internals externals including sash window replacements, stonework, re-wires etc.
Role details:
• Position: Freelance Site Manager
• Duration: Till Project is completed (circa 40 weeks)
• Location: Scarborough
• Start Date: 21st July
Requirements:
• Proven experience working on listed buildings including sash windows and stonemasonry work
• Must have in date Black CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid and DBS check
• Must be able to commit to the full project
Responsibilities:
• Oversee day to day operations
• Ensure program is on track
• Co-ordinate trades and civils contractors
• Daily site reports
• Monitor H&S compliance including toolbox talks and audits
