Teamforce Labour are currently seeking an experienced Site Agent with strong Deep Drainage experience for an immediate start in Saxmundham, Suffolk.

Role Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage deep drainage works and associated civil engineering activities
Ensure all works are carried out safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
Coordinate and manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental standards on site
Review technical drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance
Liaise with clients, engineers, and project stakeholders to provide regular progress updates
Prepare site reports, method statements, risk assessments, and other necessary documentation
Requirements:
Proven experience in deep drainage works within a Site Agent role
Strong leadership and organisational skills
CSCS, SMSTS, and other relevant site management certifications preferred
Ability to manage multiple teams and ensure project milestones are met
Gold CSCS (Minimum)
